Always working in commercial, customer-facing roles and operating around selling into high street, multiples, grocery, lifestyle, direct and distributor channels, Jamie has enjoyed significant experience in health and beauty, consumer electrical, crafting and food categories.
A passionate believer in consumer-led, brand-led and customer-centric thinking Jamie has been lucky enough to have led transformational change in the UK, across the US and in Japan, overhauling, recalibrating and repurposing multi disciplinary commercial teams to align to long term, high growth objectives.
Having been client side for 2 large scale business and cultural transformations, Jamie is a determined advocate of digitalisation having seen and benefited first hand from how software based solutions have empowered him and his teams to become more efficient and - above all - as digitalisation has freed up time for higher value tasks - how his teams have become more engaged and happier in their roles.
