With over 20 years in project and programme management, Lance is skilled at leading high-profile initiatives in IT, finance, and legal. He has an in-depth knowledge of delivering operating model transformations, critical information systems implementations, finance system upgrades, and offshore-shared services hub developments.

He has led transformation projects for organisations such as Dyson, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), among others.

Lance brings a wealth of international experience having lived and worked in the USA, Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and the UK. With a deep passion for managing data as a strategic resource, governance frameworks and effective project management, he brings a structure to delivering complex projects, maintaining momentum, and providing transparency throughout the implementation journey.

He has a BSc in Business Administration - International Focus degree from City University of Seattle and in 2018 completed his MBA - Information Management Focus. He also holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) designation as well as the PRINCE2 practitioner qualification and is Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft certified.
