Andy has over 15 years experience delivering transformational change management projects. During his career as a professional finance consultant, he specialised in Operations and Commercial business change projects particularly in the FMCG – Food sector.

He brings extensive experience and skills in Financial Planning and Analysis, commercial business support and manufacturing / supply chain operations support. Recent interim assignments have focused on business start-ups, performance turnaround, factory – based Dynamics AX ERP Implementations, brand carve outs and acquisition integrations.

A recent long-term role required significant transformational leadership with international teams in Finance and Operations across China, US and France. Andy has an open, direct and consultative approach to project delivery, equally adept at leading large teams and working closely with individuals to develop and deliver to their maximum potential.
